Event Proposal
This is a launch event for a new events business (Pura Vida Global Events). The aim of the events business is to raise awareness of the Pura Vida Global Charity that we have set up with all profits going towards the work we are doing in Africa to create secure environments where vulnerable children can find refuge, support, and healing.
We had agreed to hold this event at The Old Essex Barn on the 8th June and based on location we aimed to sell between 1,000 - 1,500 tickets priced appropriately.
Unfortunatley due to the Barn unexpectedly being closed we have had to replan accordingly, and move the date back also.
One of Directors of the business has grown up in the surrounding area and also has alot of connections in the music industry, so is very aware of what a special place Osea is.
Based on this we realise that it wouldnt be suitable to have a party for 1,500 guests on the island, but would like to have the opportunity to discuss the possbility of holding an exclusive event with a cap of 500, based on a much higher ticket price.
Additionally with the possible options to upsell for guests to stay on the island.

Event Organizers
Russell and French are passionate music lovers and seasoned business professionals with extensive travel and experience in the music industry. French has just returned from working alongside organizations and charities in Kenya and Tanzania and brings ten years of experience in community projects, including efforts in Gambia, West Africa. Together, they are committed to using their expertise to empower communities both in Africa and the UK.
With support from George (Defected Financial Director) using his experience in events management and infrastructure.

Zen Area: 2 Tipees, offering alternative experiences from Tarrot Readings to Reiki and tattoo artists on the day.

Coaches will shuttle guests to and from local train station at agreed times.
